Conrad Construction Company renovated this 3,500-square-foot, 2-story home, seamlessly blending traditional and contemporary design. Refinished hardwood floors and warm gray paint set the stage downstairs. Floor to ceiling panel molding creates a stunning foyer. The kitchen boasts white inset cabinetry, white quartz and reclaimed wood countertops, a marble backsplash, and a custom stainless steel hood.  Navy colored cabinets pop in the butler’s pantry. The breakfast room addition features exposed brick. An Andersen Gliding Patio Door opens to the covered porch with a beaded ceiling and herringbone brick pavers. Reclaimed lumber beams accentuate the vaulted family room ceiling. Upstairs, wool carpet and soft neutral paint echo the transitional style. Full bathrooms have clean lines and simple accents.  The master bathroom shines with a freestanding tub, polished porcelain tile, and custom vanities.  A walk-in closet with custom built-ins and a tray ceiling utilizes space above the former 2-story foyer.
